a contract with Alroad  company and its strategic partner (Lafarge French) for the operation and rehabilitation of Karbala Cement Plant in a participatory manner to production in accordance with the Companies Law No. (22) for the year 1997. Have been the final delivery on Tuesday corresponding to 27/10/2010. It is hoped through the decade which set period of time (15 years) to be the rehabilitation of the plant to reach design production capacity after ( three years) of receiving it, and this has made the company for Southern Cement state company leap in the field of investment and operation of its plants
