Our company
products are various and can be classified into two
main parts:
A-
Conventional Products
Ordinary Portland Cement It is produced according to
the Iraqi specifications no 5/1984.
Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement It is produced
according to the Iraqi specifications no 5/1984.
Quick and Hydrated Lime Its produced according to (I.O.S)
No 807/1988.
Filler (CaCo3) It is produced by grinding Calisium
Carbonate an a Fineness of 85% and passes through a
seive of 75 micro.
Oil
Well Cement
It is produced according to (API) No (10) 1984 type
G. It suites unnatural circumstances such as
pressure and heat. It contains a high ratio of C3S
not less than 50% it contains a low ratio of free
lime not more than 1% it has high and moderate
sulphate resistant. It is used in cementing oil
wells from land surface down to depth of 2440
meters.
Mixtures of Cement and Lime Agent
1: 1: 6 (Cement/ Lime Agent/ Sand)
1: 2: 9 (Cement/ Lime Agent/ Sand)
It is distinguished with medium strength and high
plasticity. It is used as atight of water on the
ceiling joints and as a basic or outer coat in
covering surfaces instead of gypsum.
1: 0.5: 4.5 (Cement/ Lime Agent/ Sand)
It is used in cold weather which requires quick
development of compressive strength.
1: 3: 12 (Cement/ Lime Agent/ Sand)
It is used in hot weather in which the speed of
hardening is very high and to decrease rate of
evaporation of water.
A- Non Conventional Products
Rapid
Hardening Portland Cement
This type of cement is produced according to the
Iraqi specefication no 5/ 1984 in a high fineness.
The specific is not less than 4000 cm2/gm. To
increase the rate of the reaction with added water
and the development of the compressive strength
earlier.
Low
Alkalis Cement
It is produced
according to (ASTM) 150/1984 contains a low ratio of
alkalies to increase the resistance against active
silica in the preparing concrete Mix.
Low
Heat of Hydration
It is produced
according to the British specification (BS
1370/1979) It contains a Low ratio of C3S and C3A
and A relatively high ration of C2S.
High
Alumina Cement
It is produced
according to (BS) No 915/1972, it is produced by
burning pure Calisium Carbonate and Boxite, it is
used in steel kilns, boilers and cement kilns.
Hydrolic Lime
This type of lime has
hydrolic characteristics (i.e. ability of Hardening
under water). It resist the chemical influence of
salty water. |
